We accept returns within 30 days from our date of shipment to you. This includes shoes that are the wrong size, wrong style, or damaged in any way. Shoes should be unworn and in their original box. Please include the original sales receipt. If returning a pair of shoes, please place the shoe box inside another box with all mailing labels on outside box. We also suggest that you send your packages insured and tracked, as switch-shoes.com is not responsible for lost or missing packages/items.
